For most orders, it's genuinely free. I've never paid extra for shipping itself. Customs can sometimes be a separate thing depending on your country's rules, but that's not really Obroi's 'fee'.

Yeah, free shipping is legit. I've ordered a few times and never had surprise shipping charges. Any import taxes would be on your end, not from the store itself, but for regular clothing orders to the US, I usually don't have issues with that.
